“Suiseki” is a Japanese term composed of “stone” and “water.” It refers to the sophisticated philosophy of arranging natural stones with a special expressive power that invites meditation. These tea cups evoke the power of Eastern philosophy by recalling in their elegance the magnificence of mountains that are celebrated through the shaping of transparent glass. Each shape is unique and irreproducible, the result of the careful gestures of master glassmaker Simone Crestani.”
